Frontline Safety

This portal combines secure communication software for healthcare professionals. This care enabling technology is designed to support clinicians to keep well people well (and treat those that are unwell) in the community where possible. Now, more than ever, our aim is also to protect those on the frontline offering care. Digital tools can go a long way to optimising clinician and patient safety.

Mitigate Risk

Triage patients before they attend your practice (e.g. form filling, online
booking, video consultation features) and care for patients who are self-isolating (e.g. messaging, video, sharing resource features).

Patient Access

Clinician's can manage patient communication via their desktop platform and patients can avail of the Patient Portal. Clinicians may also share data securely with one another within the system.

Flexible Working

All data is hosted centrally in the cloud (AWS Ireland), so clinicians (e.g. GPs, allied healthcare professionals, consultants etc.) can contribute to caring for patients remotely, from wherever they are.

Our Portal,

Your Way.

Optimise your patients' experience via scheduling for in-person & video-consultation care, secure messaging, form filling, digital letters, backed up by record-keeping & payment facilities for private providers.
This portal can also work directly from your own clinic or hospital website via a simple link.

Data is stored & backed up in multiple EU-based AWS data-centres (one in Ireland), encrypted in transit & at rest, managed by Wellola & architected with the specialist support of DNM Group, an Irish AWS Premier Partner.

Easy Set-Up

As a small provider or large enterprise you can set up in minutes, integrate this portal into your website & provide your patients with the secure Patient Portal.

The online booking form allows patients to self-schedule 24/7 for both face-to-face or video-consultations, depending on how much of your schedule you choose to show.
